The darkness consumes

As it seems, I’m alone in the endless darkness which we call life. Loving what I can not have has withered away at the soul more than one can understand, unless they themselves have taken this lonely journey. The only small flicker of light that brings happiness to this dark soul comes in the forum of black boots wrapped around my feet as I manoeuver through the urban terrain. Even this becomes engulfed with thoughts of her leading the mind astray. This distraction, as it has become, alters the mood in a wonderful but yet horrible way.

Bama/Florida birthday trip 2007

Drove down to southern Bama, then to Panama City Beach, Florida this weekend to hang out with my friend Kerry for our birthday's. I must say it was a bit interesting, especially seeing how I was drunk for 36-48hours straight. I really lost count. Below is a brief outline via one of the participants of the weekend:

I haven't made it home. 5 hours to goo and I just got a trucker to honk his horn. Haha.
It sucked leaving. This weekend was a fucking blast! Me n nikki started talkin again which is cool bc this weekend made me realize why I miss that hooker so much. And I don't think this trip would of been the same without her. There's never a dull moment.
And it was cool to visit kerry. Which is really the reason why I went. And of course, the FUCKING beach!
So now, I'm gunna tell all of YOU what you missed out on.

Friday we get to kerry's ab midnightish and the first thing we do is pour shots of sailor jerrys. We were being followed by kerry and matts friend, justin who had 2 other girls with him. One who hates me apparently bc of the josh n lee bullshit which made the trip even better. So after ab 3 shots kerry and the others finally got there and we started playing wii.

Then we decided to go out to the strip clubs. Didn't happen. I'm not 21 lol. Sorry guys! So we went to this bar. Played 2 games of pool me n nikki vs. Kerry n matt. You already know, the chicks whooped their asses both times. Then me n nikki started to argue with these two long haired metal pussybitches. Btw. All four of us are pretty drunk at this point. Anyways dude starts talkin ab korn and that cover song they did. To make it short, he doesn't kno good music n I got pissed ha I was drunk.

We get back to kerrys were stumblin up the stairs and we start takin more shots. I'd say maybe 3 or 4 more. And we decided to go swimming. This is an apt pool so the gates were closed bc it was like 2 or 3 in the morning. So we all hop the fence and nikki busted her ass. Anyways were n the pool swimming n drinkin and were like hey look that guy has a key maybe he wants a drink. Ends up being a cop out of uniform. He had a note pad and a gun. To make a short story sweet, justin got put in handcuffs for his smartass mouth and the cop had a problem bc I told him I was drinking, and no surprise I'm not 21! Lol well obviously everyone left with a warning and we didn't have to jump back over the fence which is good.

Saturday we all, and I mean all of us as in the five cool ppl [me,nikki,matt,kerry and justin] all woke up still drunk lol were all stumbling still. Oh I must say this I didn't puke once! So ab an hour n half after wakin up, me n nikki take our first shot of the day or morning bc it was like 11am lol then we start headin to the beach. TY kerry! Our hotel was litterally on the fuckin beach like you walk down to the bottem floor, BAM beach.
Oh shit I forgot, b4 we got to the hotel we went on by far the best gokart ride ever Ill have a video up. Its under videos lol
So yeah me nikki matt n kerry all go to the beach and we had a blast. I made a naked mermaid in the sand. And I went skinny dipping in the ocean!!! Hahaha bitches! after the day at the beach we went out to eat at some seafood place that wouldn't let me order from the childrens menu. I order the childrens menu now bc I don't eat that much anymore. So I order a ceaser salad that was humungo! Took 2 bites and n stuffed it n a doggy box. Our waiter was pretty creepy too.Then we get back to the hotel and its dark and stuff we had no cups but a bunch of drinks. So what nikki did was take the coffee maker thingamabob and fills it with sailor jerrys so we can drink on the beach. That we did. And we kept drinkin n kept drinkin then we finnished off justins jager and we really were just partying it up n the hotel room.

Keepin it crunk memphis style! Omg I totally forgot ab chasing after a ring float that was rollin down the beach. Lets just say I met up with it half way snatched that bitch and called it my bling the rest of the night. I've never ran so fast in my life it was like baywatch lmao.

Anyways that's really pretty much everythin that happened. Whatever else that DID happen was caught on photos which will be up 2night and so will the videos woot!

Some memories just need to be kept btw the people that was there.

As I linger through the day, dark cold emotions hidden from the world, I wonder will life ever turn back towards the beautiful light called love and show me a glimpse of happiness once more.

I must say it seems doubtful.


On another note. Yesterday was my birthday. A quarter century now but at least I'll get a car insurance drop.

Money: The root of all evil?

Sometimes I feel this way. Especially when your fighting the paycheck to paycheck battle. However, things start to lighten up when you have money left over after the bills are paid and the evil side then begins to diminish. A good feeling it is.

Another fantastic feeling was the weather in California! Oh man, did I enjoy my time in Santa Cruz! After spending 10days on the beach, highs in the 70's, NO humidity and little actual work, I did NOT want to return to Memphis. Since stepping foot back in the Mid south the heat has been unbearable at 100-108 degrees and 50%+ humidity. Ugh.

On a brighter note. Looks like I will be going to Bama and Florida this weekend for my birthday. Woot! This should be an interesting trip to say the least.
